Conference Manager
3touch Conference Manager is a module specifically designed to smooth
the process of having multiple speakers in one venue.
The Conference is set up in advance and the screen at the podium will
show the names of the speakers. As each one takes to the floor they
simply touch the screen to launch their presentation.
The presenters can follow on effortlessly from each other with no
requirement to switch machines or navigate around the desktop (in full
view of the audience!) to find the next presentation.
Whether it’s a huge auditorium at a large conference or a regular
internal monthly meeting 3touch Conference Manager can help you stay on
schedule, keep your meeting focused and give the speakers full control
of their presentation material.
The Speaker can use the screen and gain the entire benefit of the 3touch
Presenter Interface. Alternatively, if the show is being run by an AV
team they can use the full functionality to be completely in control of
what is being displayed on one or more screens.

The presentations are being delivered via the
server, which means that new versions of the speakers’ presentations can
be added via the network right up until the minute they step up to
speak, so there is ultimate adaptability to allow for up to the minute
changes.
