Overview
3touch Connect is a great tool to help those
whose work involves giving presentations.
In a Sunday Times survey, when asked ‘What is
your greatest fear?’, the second most common response (19%) was dying.
The most common response (41%) was speaking in public!
Many people either don’t like presenting or worry
about the supporting technology. These are very real fears which can
significantly impact the confidence and professionalism of the
presenter.
3touch aims to address those fears by giving the presenter flexibility
and control, allowing the speaker to focus on how they are communicating
and how their audience is responding.
You simply connect your laptop to the projector as normal, access your
file, choose the option to ‘Open in 3touch’ and you can use all the
capabilities of the presenter interface to display and navigate around
multiple file formats.
You can preview your files on your laptop before you launch to the
projector either as a refresher or to check you have the right material.

If you are working from a PowerPoint file
and have used the notes options when creating the presentation,
you can flip between your notes and the slide on your laptop
screen without affecting the audience view of the slide. |

Because you can access your files via the
network, your company can be assured that their security,
version control and document management procedures are not
compromised by having files on local machines, laptops or
removable media like USB memory fobs. |
